• 6+ years in backend engineering roles with proven architecture leadership.
• Deep experience in Python, Go, or similar backend frameworks.
• Proficient in containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Expertise in building high-throughput APIs and distributed systems.
