Job Summary:

Delve is an AI-native platform transforming compliance into automated workflows, and they are seeking a Frontend Engineer to build key user-facing features. The role involves direct collaboration with customers and the founding team, focusing on delivering impactful outcomes from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end features like onboarding flows, customer dashboards, and AI-powered tools

• Own frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• Talk to users weekly, synthesize feedback, and ship what matters

• Collaborate directly with the CEO, engineers, and GTM to prioritize and iterate fast

• Uphold a high bar for polish, UX, and design sensibility — details matter

• Solve problems without waiting for permission, specs, or perfect information

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2–3 years of real-world product engineering experience

• Strong command of React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• A portfolio of actual shipped work — side projects, startups, or early-stage builds

• Product intuition — you’ve made design tradeoffs, pushed back on bad ideas, and shipped v1s

• Clear communicator with customer-facing instincts and internal ownership

• High agency, low ego, bias to action
