Lead Frontend Engineer (React.js)

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of high-traffic, customer-facing applications. You will be part of an autonomous, cross-functional Agile team, working closely with Product Owners, Backend Engineers, Designers, and Business Intelligence specialists to deliver seamless user experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for multiple markets and brands
• Take ownership of architecture, development, deployment, and operational aspects of your solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing to both technical and product discussions
• Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Participate in continuous delivery processes to deploy features quickly and reliably
• Drive quality by implementing testing best practices (unit, integration, E2E)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proven experience leading frontend development teams
• Strong expertise in React.js (preferred) or similar frameworks (React Native, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, Nuxt.js, or Remix
• Solid understanding of agile software development practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD for customer-facing applications
• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies and performance optimization
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and site reliability principles
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English
