Project Manager with QA Experience

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager / Product Owner with QA expertise, you will contribute to several projects at the same time, driving them from concept to delivery and ensuring high‑quality results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging directly with clients to clarify goals and gather requirements.

- Defining clear objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Preparing detailed task specifications and breaking down projects into actionable steps.

- Managing the full software development lifecycle across multiple initiatives.

- Monitoring daily progress and providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting cross‑functional teams.

- Performing manual QA testing, including functional, performance, and accessibility checks.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner with hands‑on QA experience.

- Fluent in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills to translate client needs into actionable tasks.

- Solid understanding of the full SDLC.

- High responsibility, attention to detail, and critical/system‑level thinking.

- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and natural leadership abilities.

- Practical experience in manual QA testing (functional, performance, accessibility).
