We are looking for a highly experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in agent development and AI adoption to spearhead this transformation at the company level.

Role Overview: As an AI Agent Developer / AI Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and promoting AI-powered development tools and agent development within the company. You will drive AI integration into software development workflows, ensuring that AI assists in code generation, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership to engineering teams, helping them leverage AI for improved productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Development Enablement

• AI agent development.
• Research and evaluate AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Tabnine) to enhance engineering productivity.
• Implement AI solutions to optimize coding, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Develop best practices for AI adoption in software engineering and ensure their implementation across teams.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to streamline AI-assisted development pipelines.
  
  

Key Responsibilities: Training & Advocacy

• Educate engineering teams on AI-assisted development practices through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
• Serve as the AI tools evangelist, demonstrating their benefits and driving company-wide adoption.
• Establish internal AI-driven engineering guidelines and strategies for continuous improvement.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, MCP servers, and agent development.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development best practices.
• Experience implementing AI-powered development tools and integrating them into software engineering workflows.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technological change.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for process improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to advocate for AI adoption across teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM-based development tools and AI-assisted DevOps practices.
• Background in machine learning engineering or AI-driven software development.
• Familiarity with AI-based testing frameworks and intelligent debugging tools.
