Key Skills We’re Looking For

1. Machine Learning Mastery

• Strong experience with regression, classification, clustering, regularization, and model tuning.
• Familiarity with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers is a plus.

1. Python Programming

• Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Ability to build ML models from scratch and write clean, production-grade code.

1. SQL & Data Handling

• Able to query large datasets efficiently and apply rigorous data validation.

1. Statistical & Analytical Thinking

• Solid grasp of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and interpreting results in business context.

1. ML System Design

• Experience building ML pipelines and deploying models in production (REST APIs, batch jobs, etc.).
• Understanding of monitoring and retraining models post-deployment.

🚀 Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Dask, etc.)
• MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or SageMaker
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
