Crown is a fintech company bringing emerging market money into the digital age. Our job is to eliminate friction in the Brazilian financial system without compromising on safety, compliance, or trust.

We believe programmable money built on open rails is the backbone of the future financial system. Our first product is BRLV, a safe, scalable, highly liquid stablecoin backed 1:1 by Brazilian treasury assets.BRLV is built to become the default settlement layer for BRL in the tokenized economy. It enables institutions to:

• Settle BRL-denominated tokenized assets
• Offer modular yield infrastructure for their customers
• Access the Brazilian risk-free rate from anywhere in the world

We’re backed by Framework, Valor, Norte, Coinbase Ventures, Paxos, and Nubank co-founder Ed Wible. Our goal: R$1 trillion of BRLV in circulation within 10 years.

We’re looking for a sharp, analytically-minded Product Manager to join our team and own one of the most critical aspects of our product: designing the financial flows that power Crown and work seamlessly for our customers.

This is not a traditional product management role. You will be the architect of our pricing strategy and the financial mechanics that make our product intuitive, tax-efficient, and operationally elegant. You’ll work across teams—engineering, legal, operations, and leadership—to ensure that our financial flows delight customers while meeting rigorous compliance and treasury requirements.

You’ll help us answer questions like:

• How should we design fees to align incentives and scale sustainably?
• How do we structure tax withholding and compliance so customers barely notice the complexity?
• What treasury management flows unlock maximum liquidity with minimum friction?

This is a role for someone who loves first-principles problem-solving, thrives on complexity, and is excited to help build financial infrastructure from the ground up.

• Pricing Strategy
• Design and own the pricing and revenue mechanics of Crown’s products. Build a model that’s simple for users, aligns incentives across the ecosystem, and sustains long-term growth.

• Financial Flow Architecture
• Map, analyze, and optimize how funds move through Crown—across customer accounts, tax obligations, treasury operations, and stablecoin mechanics.

• Tax and Treasury Integration
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure tax withholding and treasury flows are embedded cleanly into the product experience.

• Customer-Centric Product Design
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those into elegant product flows that make complex financial operations feel simple.

• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, legal, and leadership on critical product decisions.

• You have a university degree and an international MBA.
• You’ve spent several years doing rigorous analytical work in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar high-performance environment.
• You’ve worked in a fintech startup and understand the challenges of building in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• You think in systems and enjoy designing processes that balance simplicity for users with operational complexity behind the scenes.
• You thrive on ownership and prefer small, highly capable teams where you can have an outsized impact.
