Human Resources Assistant

We are currently hiring for an urgent HR / Talent Administrator role based near Southwark. You need to be immediately available or on a very short notice. The role is based in the office 3 days per week with 2 at home. This is 6 month FTC initially.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Administrator / Talent Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a highly organised, energic, and innovate individual with a passion for talent management and administrate excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, focusing on talent acquisitor and providing exceptional administrate support. Strong presentation skills are essential, as the role involves communising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our employer brand and facilitate recruitment processes.

This is 6 month FTC initially. 30-35k

Key Responsivities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, role requirements, and interview guides for all positions.
• Implement and oversee efficient HR administrative processes, including record keeping, data management, and HR reporting.
• Conduct and present HR analytics to support decision-making processes and improve HR strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, lunch and learn training sessions and workshops, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and decorum.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, compliant with any legislative requirements.
