We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer to join the agile team of a forward-thinking organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative digital products that make a real impact. You will play a key role in the technical implementation of user stories, collaborating closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality, sustainable software.

Key Responsibilities

Implement user stories with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Collaborate with UX designers to fine-tune the user experience.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Document components and technical decisions for a variety of stakeholders.
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and backlog refinements.
Resolve bugs and contribute to technical discussions within the team.

Technical Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a developer with a strong front-end background and agile mindset. Key skills include:

Solid experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) concepts.
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Strong proficiency in Vue.js, especially the Composition API.
Experience using Pinia for state management and Vite as a build tool.
Good knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Agile development experience (SCRUM preferred).
Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2) and good command of English.

Solid experience in developing, testing, and debugging front-end applications.
Willingness to be based primarily in Ghent, with flexibility to travel to Brussels when required.
