As we scale our platform and product offerings, we are seeking a Product Manager to play a critical role in leading both product strategy and project delivery.

Your mission

We currently offer four core products, and we're looking for passionate, driven Product Managers to lead three of them: Acquiring, Banking & Exospend, and Portals & Tools. If you're eager to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and shape the future of financial technology, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a hybrid functional role that blends product leadership with project management expertise. You will drive the full lifecycle of one of our products, from ideation and development through to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and strategic business objectives.You will also manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams, overseeing all key dimensions such as scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

Product Management

• Own and drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer feedback.
• Translate customer and business requirements into technical deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to refine product positioning and feature prioritisation.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards, especially in a payments context.
• Track and demonstrate performance of the product to key stakeholders"
  
  

Project Management

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of product development projects: scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment with delivery goals and timeframes.
• Manage change effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expected outcomes and business benefits are realised.
• Monitor project health, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

• Has 4+ years of proven experience in product management and project delivery within the Tech scale up sector or fast pacing and dynamic environments. Payments or Fintech experience is a plus.
• Understanding of card payment schemes, transaction processing, and API-based payment infrastructures is considered a plus.
• Is skilled in working with Software Engineering teams across the full SDLC.
• Has strong familiarity with JIRA or similar project planning tools.
• Brings a track record of leading change initiatives and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Is a strategic thinker with the ability to zoom in on detail while maintaining a big-picture view.
• Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrates customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Has a collaborative and pragmatic, process improvement mindset.
• Is calm under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Is fluent in English and speaks either Dutch or French.
