Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Senior Business Consultant with a strong background in digital transformation, blockchain strategy, and Salesforce implementations, particularly within the automotive and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse industries.

• Key Responsibilities:Business & IT Consulting: Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to define business needs, map processes, and design innovative technology solutions.
• Blockchain Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement blockchain strategies tailored to client objectives, with hands-on involvement in architecture and delivery.
• Salesforce Expertise: Act as a functional and technical lead in Salesforce projects, including road mapping, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Project Management: Serve as SCRUM Master and Sprint Lead, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Automotive Sector Focus: Deliver tailored solutions for automotive clients, including dealer management systems and circular economy initiatives.
• Client Engagement & Business Development: Lead proposal development, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Community Engagement: Represent the company in blockchain and tech communities, contributing to thought leadership and innovation.

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business and IT consulting.
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and development (Apex, JavaScript).
• Strong background in blockchain technologies and strategy.
• Experience in automotive sector.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• BTA Certified Blockchain Business Foundations

• Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio (BPMN), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik).
