Data Engineer

Data is the backbone of our operations, and we're looking for a passionate Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll architect robust data infrastructure and build scalable systems that power our entire analytics ecosystem while gaining exposure across all departments at ESTO. This is your opportunity to drive technical innovation in the fintech industry by building/maintaining the foundation that enables data-driven decision making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion and processing.
• Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and deploy data solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Monitor data pipelines, proactively addressing issues and ensuring data availability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of data pipelines and ML models, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure reliable production operations with monitoring and logging.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years in data engineering
• Proven experience building and optimizing pipelines and architectures
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms (GCP, AWS S3, Hadoop, etc.)
• Expertise in modern data warehouse technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
• Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience with relational databases
• Proficiency with ELT and scheduling tools (Prefect, Airflow, etc.)
