Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – eFront & Unity/Confluence:

• Analyse and document Private Capital business processes, with a strong focus on fund accounting, production of Financial Statements and regulatory reporting (CSSF/BCL).
• Work with business representatives across multiple locations to understand, challenge, consolidate requirements, define scope, and validate acceptance criteria.
• Write clear and comprehensive business requirement documents to be used by IT teams for solution design and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and control enhancements within the Private Capital business domain.
• Define mappings and business rules to align “as-is” processes with “to-be” models.
• Provide assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the preparation of test cases in Octane and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation of financial reporting projects on Unity/Confluence, liaising with both operations teams and vendors.
• Perform deep data analysis to prepare datasets for vendors to generate Financial Statements and legal reporting from their platforms.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – eFront & Unity/Confluence?

• Senior-level Business Analyst with 6–10 years of relevant professional experience in the Private Capital sector (PERE: Private Equity & Real Estate).
• Strong functional knowledge of fund accounting, financial statement production, and regulatory reporting requirements under various GAAP standards.
• Proven ability to work on cross-location projects, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across business units.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data mapping, reconciliation, and process optimization.
• Proficient in eFront, Unity/Confluence, and other supporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Allshare, Jira, Lanta, Teams, Outlook, and Octane.
• Familiarity with operational and control frameworks in financial services, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English; French is an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured functional specifications for IT teams.
• Fluent in both French and English
