UI / UX Designer

We’ve built one of the most accurate voice AIs for drive-thrus in the world. We’re live, we’re winning, and we’re scaling fast. Now we’re looking for a designer to translate that momentum into a bold, iconic visual identity that reflects the power of our product.

The Mission

We’re making the drive-thru iconic again - and actually enjoyable to use.

Our voice AI is designed to create a seamless, smart, and branded experience from the moment a customer pulls up in their car. Your job is to help us make every part of that journey feel exceptional.

• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end user experience of Vox AI, from the customer onboarding flow to our operator dashboards and web apps.


• Create intuitive, self‑serve setup flows (sign-up, account creation, hardware pairing, training, and troubleshooting) that make adoption frictionless.


• Shape in‑product UI that turns real‑time AI data and voice insights into clear, actionable dashboards for our customers.


• Translate complex problems into elegant, accessible user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes. Run user research, usability tests, and data‑informed experiments to validate hypotheses and level‑up the experience.


• Leverage AI‑powered design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Runway) to move fast and stay sharp.


• Work hand‑in‑hand with our Designer & Brand lead and dev teams to ship high‑quality, on‑brand experiences at startup speed.

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile) with a strong portfolio that shows process as well as polished UI.


• Proven ability to move from discovery → concept → production independently and at speed.


• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.


• Comfortable running research and synthesising insights into actionable improvements.


• Startup experience is a big plus, you know how to operate in a scrappy, high‑paced environment.


• Based in or near Amsterdam, and available in the office at least 3 days per week.
