Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help SnappCar make smarter choices and turning data into insights and solutions to support the shift towards a more data-driven way of working.

At SnappCar, we're on a mission to halve the number of cars on the road by making car ownership unnecessary. Our peer-to-peer car sharing platform is active in the Netherlands and Germany – and we’re growing fast. As a Data Analyst you will help us improve the product, grow the community, and accelerate the shift towards shared mobility.

About The Job

As our Data Analyst, you’ll play an important role in enhancing decision-making across departments—from product and marketing to support, finance and sales. You’ll translate data into insights, while building and improving pipelines and data models using tools like Apache Airflow and Power BI. Success in this role depends not just on technical skill, but also on an understanding of business needs and an ability to transform data into tangible business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Mixpanel, Snowflake) that support decisions across teams
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and marketplace trends to uncover growth opportunities
• Support the product and growth team with smart data models, A/B testing, and experiment design
• Strengthen and scale the data stack to ensure reliable, efficient pipelines and models
• Work closely with stakeholders to present insights, challenge assumptions, and drive data-informed decisions
  
  

As we’re a scale-up, your scope will be quite broad, which is a great opportunity to learn. So next to analysis, you’ll also get to work and learn on more data engineering and data science projects.

About You

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a product-led or marketplace environment
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau)
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistics
• Bonus: experience with Python/R and other data modeling tools
• Strong communication skills – you can tell a clear story with data
• A proactive mindset and a natural curiosity to dig deep into numbers
• Affinity with sustainability, mobility, or the sharing economy is a plus
