Product Designer

Our TechOps team has been a vital part of the company’s success since its formation 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues. A user-centric approach is at the core of the TechOps team’s strategy.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
• Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines

The minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):

• 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
• Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
• Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
• Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders
• Critical and design thinking skills

• Be passionate about how users think and behave in digital environments
• Be an open-minded person, eager to make things better
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English both written and spoken

A plus if you have:

• You have used or experimented with AI tools to accelerate your design work.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
