We're looking for you — an versatile, creative problem-solver Marketing Designer. A team player who will work as a connector between Design and Marketing, handling digital, print and brand design, aiming to maximize any Marketing efforts. You also have basic understanding of UI and UX principles and are curious about the tech and digital product space. Above all, you are someone who believes that Marketing Design done right can be the driving force to build a powerful and engaging brand.

Your role will focus on providing all the necessary design support to our Marketing initiatives. You'll have a big impact on how our work and culture are shared with the world and, ultimately, how Pixelmatters' brand is perceived.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include designing case studies for our website, blog assets, marketing campaign landing pages, print materials, and social media content (both static and motion). You'll also be responsible for maintaining our brand's visual identity and expanding its design language when needed. Additionally, you'll help support communications with external partners who contribute to our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or related roles
• Great visual culture and attention to detail
• Capable to translate concepts into easy-to-understand visual assets that convey the right message
• Able to effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
• Have a good sense of hierarchy and composition, from structure to color, typography, and imagery
• Capable of developing and maintaining a brand design language and guidelines
• Able to create both digital and print materials for a brand
• Knowledge in motion design
• Basic knowledge of UX and UI initiatives, capable of supporting the creation of simple wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
• Know your way around the current design tools (such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
• Good understanding of English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

Compensation

• The salary range from this role is between €21,089.00 to €32,697.00 annual gross, which includes meal, vacation and Xmas allowances
