Job Summary

We are in search of a DevOps/Tester for a client within the banking industry. The role primarily involves platform and service migration, CI/CD and infrastructure management, development, quality assurance, and various other DevOps-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Executing service migration to the Cloudera platform
  • Supervising the migration to Artifactory
  • Enhancing and managing Bamboo CI/CD processes
  • Managing and improving services deployed to Kubernetes
  • Creating Python scripts for data quality checks and automation tasks
  • Carrying out various other DevOps-related activities

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems
  • Expertise in Bash scripting
  • Sound understanding of Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with GIT version control
  • Good knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Proficiency in Ansible
  • Familiarity with Cloudera
  • Basic understanding of Java programming
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Slack, Grafana)

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a DevOps/Tester or similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
