🔎 What we look for?

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join the Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support the transition to a new data platform of our client from the banking sector.

High english level is required.

Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse the current BI landscape, understand business needs, and identify gaps between the legacy and future data environments.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis..
• Building dashboards.

💡 Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline 3+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role
• Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments
• Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation
• Ability to understand and communicate data/reporting-related changes and its business impact
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights Data analysis and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems
• English at least B2+/C1
