Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python skills to join our major global clients team on a hybrid basis in central London. The role involves developing and deploying microservices on Kubernetes, working with cloud environments, and building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain microservices using Python on Kubernetes
• Work extensively with cloud platforms and cloud-native development
• Implement RESTful APIs and message-driven communication, preferably using Kafka
• Apply authorization and security patterns for secure system design
• Design and build AI/ML models and solutions
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for enhanced AI systems

Essential Skills:

• Expert in Python development
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
• Strong cloud development background (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficient in REST communication and message-driven systems (Kafka preferred)
• Knowledge of authorization/security patterns
• Hands-on AI/ML experience, including building RAG architectures
