As the HR Systems and People Analytics Partner, you will oversee the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and analytics capabilities. You’ll partner closely with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are optimized, data is accurate and secure, and insights are leveraged to drive both operational efficiency and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS Strategy & Management – Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive People Analytics – Design and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and HR teams.
- Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance – Maintain high standards of data accuracy, governance, and security in line with privacy regulations.
- System Improvements & Innovation – Evaluate emerging HR technology trends and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
- Training & Change Management – Develop resources and deliver training to ensure end-users can maximize system functionality.
- Integration Oversight – Manage system integrations with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and other business platforms.
- Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs related to system usage, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree a plus) with 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or strategic role.
- Proficiency in leading HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and workforce planning.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to influence HR and business strategy.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive adoption of new technologies.
