Your Role and Responsibilities

The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Help IBMers to build their career by providing them with a personalized experience. In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.

• Managing personal files of IBM employees (inserting documentation, taking care about documentation quality and completeness)
• Setting up personal files for new joiners
• Preparing work contracts and appendixes, delivering documentation to employees
• Supporting employees during HR open hours (answering questions, handling documentation)
• Processing ASK HR requests
• Preparing HR reports
• Checking completeness of employee’s documentation
• Processing transactions in HR systems
• Administrating remote work process
  
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Accuracy, meticulousness, timeliness
• Focus on details
• Good English level
• Good knowledge of polish labor law
• Ability to effectively cooperate in the team
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Good MS Office knowlegde
