Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team. The role involves hands-on development across frontend and backend systems, with a focus on e-commerce, ERP integration, and internal tooling.

This position reports directly to the founding team. A leadership path is available for candidates who demonstrate clear technical and execution strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications (frontend and backend)
• Integrate external services and APIs (ERP, payment gateways, logistics platforms)
• Build internal tools to support order processing, automation, and operations
• Optimize database performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full stack development experience
• Proficiency in backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks)
• Experience with API integration and database management
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
• Based in Oman or willing to relocate
