Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Law
- 5+ years of experience with in-house legal department /consulting firms
- Proven practical knowledge in contractual, commerce, employment law
- Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML, anti-bribery etc.)
- Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders, drafting MoM of general participants, drafting PoA etc.)
- Knowledge of audit activity is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
