.Net Developer - Edinburgh

We’re looking for a talented .Net Developer to join a small, dynamic software development company in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that prioritises creativity, collaboration, and impact over process-heavy delivery and rigid hierarchies.

If you enjoy building things that matter, working directly with clients, and seeing your code live in production every week, you’ll fit right in.

What is in it for you:

  • Competitive salary in the range of £40,000 – £50,000
  • Flexible hybrid working in Edinburgh
  • Quarterly bonus of up to 8%
  • 32 days annual leave
  • Use of electric bikes for commuting or just getting around town
  • Commitment to climate-positive practices, including carbon offsetting for every team member

About the role:

You’ll work on a wide range of projects from web applications to cross-platform mobile solutions - alongside designers, developers, and clients who value speed, simplicity, and purpose. You'll get involved early in the product lifecycle, helping shape the design and functionality, not just the code.

What you’ll be using:

Working with the latest .Net technologies, including:

  • .NET 9 for modern backend and frontend applications
  • Blazor
  • .NET MAUI for multi-platform mobile and web apps
  • .NET Web API, Azure SQL, hosted on Azure and AWS
  • A strong focus on PWAs and lean, efficient solutions
  • What we’re looking for:

    • Hands-on experience with C# and .Net
    • Ability to work with Blazor and/or MAUI
    • Prefer building and iterating over documenting and meeting
    • Like engaging directly with users and clients to understand their goals
    • Enjoy shaping product decisions and not just executing specs
    • Want a mix of new projects and frequent code deployment
    • Are open to a hybrid working style, with time spent in a central Edinburgh studio

Please apply with your most up-to-date CV for consideration.
