Senior Product Designer (12 month FTC)

Salt have partnered with a leading Business Bank to find them a Senior Product Designer to join them on an initial 12 month basis to work on a specific project that will help shape their digital strategy going forward.

Reporting into the Product Design Lead, you'll be working on internal tools that will help the end to end experience for their front of house staff to improve relationships with their SME customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is thorough and process-oriented, with good, holistic, end-to-end Product Design skills, specifically in the internal tools and internal frameworks domains.

Requirements:

• No specific "years of experience", but need the seniority and gravitas to engage with stakeholders and drive change
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, B2B SaaS etc
• Experience in large enterprise organisations
• Process-oriented, with an emphasis on mental modelling rather than execution or conceptual design
• Accessibility expert, WC3, WCAG, Consumer Duty etc.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract that is remote-first, requiring only 2 days per month of in-office time. You'll also have all the benefits of a full-time employee for the 12 months you're there, including 30 days of annual leave considering the seniority banding of the role.
