- 12-month contract
- Work-from-home available - 5 days onsite per fortnight on-site at South Eveleigh

About The Role
We are seeking a sharp and curious Data Analyst to join the remediation and governance stream of a large-scale migration program. This role will focus on analysing customer and merchant data that falls outside standard migration rules due to mismatches, gaps, or hygiene issues. Your insights will help shape how exceptions are handled today - and prevented tomorrow.
- Analysing and categorising data anomalies across customer and merchant datasets
- Identifying root causes and recurring patterns within exception data
- Collaborating with SMEs to propose business rules or remediation approaches
- Producing decision papers, logic artefacts, and prioritisation recommendations
- Supporting the development of scalable, future-proofed system rules
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 2-4 years' experience in a data analyst, data quality, or remediation-focused role
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data investigation, cleaning, and transformation
- Experience working with exception or non-standard datasets
- Ability to spot patterns and distil insights from ambiguous or messy data
- Confident communicator with experience writing logic proposals or business artefacts
