Full Stack .NET Developer

Introduction & Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer.

The ideal candidate will possess full stack development experience with .NET and C# and demonstrate solid design principles. Candidates should be familiar with document-based databases and event-driven messaging frameworks. While direct banking experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role involves working on cloud migration for applications, leveraging containerized solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in the development and integration of systems that support the merger of securities and banking operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Developing and maintaining a containerized solution in a cloud architecture.
• Supporting the scaling of cloud-based solutions.
• Working with a full-stack development approach, including Angular and C# technologies.
• Contributing to the migration of applications from WPF to Angular.
• Ensuring the support of 17 different applications across various teams.
• Engaging closely with Business Analysts for end-to-end project execution.
• Participating in integration and unit testing phases.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Proficient in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience in developing Angular applications.
• Strong understanding of solid design principles.
• Familiarity with document-based databases and event-based messaging frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with MongoDB and migrating SQL databases.
• Knowledge of WPF applications and their transition to modern frameworks.
• Understanding of in-house built platforms and Murex.
  
  

Other Details

The project focuses on cloud migration and system integration, with a target architecture set in the UK. Candidates will undergo a two-stage interview process that includes a technical test and evaluation of design principles.
