ABOUT THE TEAM

If you are a techie, you belong in our Technology Team that builds scalable, high-performance platforms for our customers using up-to-date and efficient technologies.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers and product owners to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured
• Identify potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products
• Work directly with your customers and partner
• Prepare project plans and coordinate software development and testing processes
• Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy
• Research emerging technologies and trends

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Team Player - humble, life long learner and has customer first mindset
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering
• 5-8 years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and communicational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
• Good MS office skills and basic SQL knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
