Currently, we are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a quick learning aptitude, and a commitment to accuracy in task execution. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization are key to excelling in this position.

This is a hybrid role, requiring work in the Warsaw, Wroclaw or Gdansk office 3 days a week.


Responsibilities


  • Provide operational support within one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and prompt responses
  • Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance standards
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Compile reports and data summaries to meet operational or compliance-related needs
  • Cooperate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational initiatives


Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level
  • Proficiency in the Polish language
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Background in working in multicultural environments is advantageous
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competency in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
