We’re a small, agile team where everyone wears multiple hats, experiments boldly, and works closely together to bring unique ideas to life. If you love solving unusual problems and jumping between game dev, simulations, and creative web projects, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong, hands-on experience with Unity and ability to work efficiently within it
• Deep knowledge of Unity’s core systems (scene management, asset pipeline, UI, physics, input, animation, lighting, build pipeline, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and common design patterns
• Proficiency in C# (bonus: JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python)
• Curiosity about web technologies (HTML/CSS, WebGL, React, etc.)
• Interest or experience in interactive simulations or B2B tools
• A collaborative, self-driven mindset and clear communication skills
• Comfort working in an iterative, prototype-driven process
• Curiosity for how game engines work under the hood, not just how to use them

Nice to Have (any of them — not all :))

• VR/AR/XR development experience
• Creative coding projects, game jams, or shader experiments
• Three.js, Blender, or shader programming knowledge
• Some familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, Firebase, etc.)
