Job Title: UI/UX Designer -Arabic

Job Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design ideas are translated into functional and appealing user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iteratively improve designs based on insights.
Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.

UI/UX Design

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with the brand identity.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Develop intuitive and efficient UX solutions based on user needs and business goals.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented correctly and align with business objectives.
Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly communicating the reasoning behind design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and assist in resolving design-related issues during development.

Design Systems And Guidelines

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
Develop and maintain UI/UX guidelines, ensuring a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms.

Usability Testing And Feedback

Conduct usability tests to gather feedback on design iterations.
Iterate designs based on testing results, user feedback, and business requirements.

Industry Trends And Best Practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Continuously improve and innovate design processes to enhance the user experience

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, and more.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Experience with conducting user research, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes (not required but a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with motion design and interaction design principles.
Understanding of design systems and experience contributing to them.
