Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Back-end Developer to build and maintain cloud-native applications, services, RESTful APIs, and state-aware workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Go along with one or more additional scripting languages like Node, C#, or Rust. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, QAs, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based back-end services and workflows.
• Build applications from user stories and actively participate in technical design discussions.
• Integrate with databases: ingest data, execute queries, update/populate documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a proactive manner.
• Ensure services are observable, secure, and performant.
• Use tools such as Jira and Git for development workflow.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in back-end development with expertise in Go.
• Proficiency in at least one additional scripting language: Node.js, C#, or Rust.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with database integration (SQL & document databases).
• Solid understanding of scalable system architecture and fundamental software design principles.
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects (3+ years of experience).
• Experience deploying applications through container pipelines (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with workflow engines such as Airflow, Argo Workflows, Step Functions, SDVI Rally, or Jenkins.

Nice to Have

• Background in Media & Entertainment domains.
• Experience with video engineering tools and platforms (e.g., AWS MediaConvert, FFmpeg).
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or serverless design patterns.
