HR Specialist

What You'll Do

We are looking for a driven and curious HR specialist to strengthen our HR team. Do you want to be a part of a high paced, competitive, international company assisting us in reaching new goals? BCG will give you a unique chance to grow within the field of HR and kickstart your career!  

Joining our team of dedicated HR professionals, you will assist with admin and operational tasks related to contracts and onboarding, employee benefit administration and projects. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn, develop the entire employee life cycle from an HR perspective. Together with our local HR team, you will work with local HR queries and in close collaboration with HR teams across the Nordics. The role further involves: 

• Acting as a point of contact for our Oslo staff
• Coordinating and supervising the end-to-end employee life cycle 
• Updating and maintaining our HR system (Workday) 
• Formulating employment agreements and maintaining our document storage (archive) 
• Preparing and implementing onboarding of new staff members 
• Supporting the local HR team in daily tasks and ad hoc projects 
  
  

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• You are ambitious and driven, with a passion for HR and some knowledge on HR topics 
• You are service minded and a good communicator 
• You are system-oriented and value confidentiality to the highest degree 
• You have the ability to work independently on an operational level and take ownership of managing personal data with integrity and attention to detail 
  
  

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field 
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office products 
• You are proficient in Norwegian and English
