About Us: In Leadership Development we are dedicated to supporting and enhancing the growth and effectiveness of businesses through our leaders. We are an integral part of Deloitte People & Purpose team, a leading Nordic HR environment. As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will contribute to conduct Deloitte’s leadership strategy and developing our leaders through a variety of leadership programmes and activities.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and facilitate leadership programmes
• Design and facilitate workshops
• Collaborate with colleagues in Norway, the Nordics and globally
• Some travel is to be expected

We believe you will fit this profile:

• Strong interest in leadership development and strong facilitation skills
• Ability to work with high-level executives
• Academic background in leadership
• Experience in large, complex organisations is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
