Agile Coach

The Agile Coach will lead Agile and Scrum training sessions, develop course materials, and maintain the highest standards in instructional quality. This role will also mentor a team of trainers, ensuring consistent, high-quality training delivery across all programs. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching Agile principles, extensive experience in Agile methodologies, and strong leadership skills to guide and develop a team.

Tasks

• Training Delivery: Lead engaging and impactful Agile and Scrum training sessions for professionals at various levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Content Development: Create and continually improve training materials, modules, and resources to meet the evolving needs of Agile practitioners and ensure alignment with certification standards.
• Instructional Quality: Ensure all training sessions are delivered to high standards, providing valuable, practical knowledge that aligns with industry best practices.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of Agile trainers, fostering a collaborative learning environment and providing ongoing coaching to improve their instructional skills.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze participant feedback, leveraging insights to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Industry Engagement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Agile methodologies to bring cutting-edge knowledge to the classroom.
  
  
  

Requirements

Extensive experience as an Agile Trainer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach with a strong portfolio of training delivery.

In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and Agile certification processes.

Advanced Agile certifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and inspire learners.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional experience in curriculum design or training management is a plus.
