Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

This role requires a problem-solving mindset and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations across our IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in diagnosing issues, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and business processes
Resolve network, software, and hardware issues to minimize operational disruptions
Address complex technical challenges effectively, ensuring system reliability and uptime
Identify IT solutions to enhance overall operational productivity
Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy scalable and effective IT infrastructure

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in System Engineering or a related role
Proficiency in Google Workspace administration within enterprise environments
Expertise in deploying Google Workspace security controls, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) configurations
Background in managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms like ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
Skills in automation using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting and integrations
Familiarity with device management for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS with tools like Kandji and Intune
Proficiency in enterprise identity management solutions such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace
Capability to manage Google Meet hardware and deploy unified communication solutions
Background in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and integrations
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences

Nice to have

Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and best practices
Understanding of enterprise identity management platforms like Okta
Expertise in advanced automation scripting to extend IT functionality
