HR Transformation Manager - 10-week project

We are working with a consulting client that have a HR transformation project with a large group organization based in Dubai.

Start date: 2nd December

Location: On-site full time in Dubai

Requirements: Own visa

The project will be 10 weeks and require a well-established HR transformation specialist team to support with the development of HR policies and procedures, transformation of current strategy and implementation of systems.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Experience working in a project environment
• Experience working with HR policies and procedures implementation for 5 years minimum
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
