Join a global reinsurance as an AVP, Infrastructure & Operations to lead their IT Infrastructure Operations across multiple locations. With new offices based in the Center of the city, this organisation has gone through a significant growth phase and is recognised for its innovation in complex technology risk solutions on a global scale.

Report directly to the SVP, Group Infrastructure and Services, you will focus on ensuring the operational excellence, resilience, and scalability of critical IT systems. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, managing key infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage, data centres, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead the global IT Infrastructure Operations team
• Manage critical IT systems, ensuring availability, scalability, and compliance across all environments.
• Manage escalated incidents and lead root cause analyses
• Capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business growth
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating automation and process innovation
• Experience with Scalability.
• High Impact, Influential Challenging role

Skills / experience:

• 10 + years’ experience, with a strong track record as an Infrastructure Manager leading a team through change.
• IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud experience
• Skilled communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
• Familiarity in a highly regulated environment.

This position requires a Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport.

Salary / Remuneration: €100000 – €115000

Benefits:

• Bonus – 10%
• Pension: 2:1 (up to 15%)
