About The Role

The infrastructure engineer assists in providing technical support over all the IT environments. He/she assists the team to improve reliability, availability, security and performance across all aspects of the IT landscape.

He/she needs to communicate properly with the infrastructure, development, support and business teams depending on the different activities given.

He/she participates to the different projects and infrastructure evolutions and learn to properly ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

He/she works together with other infrastructure team members to ensure a clean progression and application of best practices.

He/she needs to apply best practices over a proper balance of availability, security, efficiency and functional requirements to provide an optimized development lifecycle and production services.

Understands and consistently exercises engineering best practices, concepts, and patterns.

Documentation process must be an asset which is constantly applied on a professional way to allow a clean transparency and understanding of the different processes.

You will be working on...

• Providing technical support across all IT environments.
• Assisting the team to improve reliability, availability, security, and performance across all aspects of the IT landscape.
• Participating in different projects and infrastructure evolution.
• Working together with other infrastructure team members to ensure progression and application of best practices.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

Must Have

• IT degree
• AWS or Azure experience (professional or hands-on)
• Infrastructure as a code (terraform)
• Speak Spanish and English at an advance level
• Linux OS
• CI / CD (Jenkins)
• Code Version Control (git)
• Networking and Architecture concepts
• Application Servers basic knowledge
• Databases (postgresql/mysql) basic knowledge
• Kubernetes

Nice To Haves (not Mandatory)

• Programming language (bash, python or java or …)
• AWS or Azure Certification
