General Information

We are looking for a passionate and talented Culture and Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team and develop strategies to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction. You will optimize HR solutions by working in a virtual global team and being responsible to foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and enhancing employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to implement cultural transformation initiatives that align with company values and strategy.
• Develop and promote programs that foster inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
• Monitor employee engagement levels and work with feedback tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure cultural initiatives are embedded into HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events to promote values, leadership principles and employee engagement.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in HR roles focused on culture, engagement, and employee experience.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing culture and engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
