Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco NetScaler, Cisco ACI Spine, Cisco DNA Center, Nexus 3132Q-V switches, and Arista networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:1. Network Design & Implementation:Design and deploy high-performance network architectures using Cisco ACI Spine-Leaf topology.Configure and manage Cisco DNA Center for automation, monitoring, and security policies.Implement and troubleshoot Cisco NetScaler ADC solutions for load balancing and application delivery.Configure and maintain Nexus 3132Q-V switches, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Manage and optimize Arista network switches for high-speed connectivity and automation.Exposure to health care and HITrust Controls and HIPAA controls Exposure to Palo Alto Firewall rules and experience in deployment, configuration and troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewall 2. Network Operations & Troubleshooting:Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of network performance issues.Monitor network health using Cisco DNA Center, NetScaler, and Arista CloudVision.Perform regular firmware upgrades and patches on Cisco & Arista network devices.Automate network operations using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.3. Security & Compliance:Implement and enforce network security best practices in line with industry standards.Configure firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and security policies on Cisco and Arista platforms.Ensure compliance with IT security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).4. Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to support hybrid cloud infrastructure.Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and participate in cross-functional team discussions.Required Skills & Experience:✅ 10+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.✅ Expertise in Cisco NetScaler (Configuration, Load Balancing, Security).✅ Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI Spine-Leaf architecture.✅ Experience managing and configuring Cisco DNA Center.✅ Hands-on experience with Nexus 3132Q-V switches.✅ Knowledge of Arista network solutions (CloudVision, VXLAN, Automation).✅ Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog.✅ Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform).✅ Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, MPLS, VXLAN, and SD-WAN.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):➕ Cisco Certifications: CCNP, CCIE (Enterprise, Data Center)➕ Arista Certifications: Arista ACE-A, ACE-P➕ Experience with multi-cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP)➕ Knowledge of Kubernetes networking and containerized workloads.
