Full Stack Engineer (team lead)

We're Hiring: Full-Stack Team Lead (Golang + TypeScript/Python) | AI Infrastructure | Cloud-Native Systems

At Nebul, we're building Europe's sovereign cloud infrastructure — secure, scalable, and purpose-built for the future of AI. We're looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead who thrives on building backend systems and developer platforms in Go, while guiding a team across Python, TypeScript, and complex cloud infrastructure challenges.

This is your chance to lead at the intersection of AI, DevOps, and scalable cloud platforms — shaping the tools and APIs that power high-performance environments for Generative AI, Digital Twins, and HPC.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team building internal services and tooling in Go, TypeScript, and Python
• Develop and architect APIs, SDKs, and CLI tools for teams deploying on our OpenStack- and Kubernetes-based infrastructure
• Drive automation across infrastructure processes, deployment pipelines, and developer workflows
• Guide integration efforts with platforms like OpenStack, Kubernetes, NetBox, and K0smotron
• Oversee systems related to observability, access control, and tenant self-service
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, security, and AI engineering teams to align technical direction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience writing production code, including 3+ years in Golang
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or projects
• Proficiency with TypeScript (e.g. React, Node.js APIs) and Python (for scripting or automation)
• Strong foundation in APIs, distributed systems, and infrastructure-as-code principles
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenStack is a strong plus
• Comfortable working across the stack — from backend services to developer-facing tools

Bonus Points For

• Building developer platforms or internal tooling (e.g. portals, dashboards, DevEx systems)
• Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API design
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, NetBox, or CI/CD platforms
• Working knowledge of multi-tenant infrastructure and RBAC models
