Akamai seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to design for enterprise cloud, security, and delivery products. Collaborate within cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences that empower users and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do As a Senior UX Designer

You will play a significant role in leading the design for major products and features. You'll be working closely with product owners and lead design efforts from concept through launch. You will have a proven track record of shipping great products that users love.

As a User Experience Designer Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end design efforts for complex features and products, from concept through delivery
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers
• Translating business and user requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
• Facilitating workshops, design reviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Using data and research (quantitative and qualitative) to inform design decisions
• Contributing to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Mentoring junior designers and help drive best practices within the team
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess 5-8y of experience in UX/UI design within B2B Saas enterpriseproduct environments documented in the submitted portfolio.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating user-focused design solutions for intricate challenges.
• Contribute to and design effectively within a comprehensive design system.
• Demonstrate expertise designing accessible, inclusive user experiences.
• Demonstrate initiative while embracing ongoing learning and personal growth.
• Conduct or collaborate on user research initiatives.
• Gain experience in data visualisation or dashboard design.
• Explore emerging technologies to elevate user experience with AI-enhanced solutions.
