As we begin to build our position as a Neurology Rare Disease Leader, we seek a Product Manager to join our Commercial Team in Poland. The Product Manager is a full-time position, responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy in the assigned Neurology Rare Diseases therapeutic area.
What you will do?
The Product Manager will work very closely with the Franchise Lead Neurology, National Sales Manager and Business Unit Director Rare Diseases to deploy and adapt the AZ brand strategy to the local market, including tactics and execution.
A Product Manager prepares and implements brand strategic/operational plans, in order to drive growth of Neurology Rare Diseases portfolio and achieve a market leading position by gathering and interpreting customer insights and market data, identifying business opportunities, establishing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring consistent forecasts for the market, market share, and sales.

Responsibilities
- Leads strategy for assigned brand;
- Ensures clear communication of brand strategy to Field Force;
- Prepares forecasts during business planning process with consistent assumptions;
- Develops launch plans & promotional campaigns according to brand strategy. Develops and coordinates key programs;
- Engages Brand Team and works cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation of brand plans.
- Develops and implements KOLs engagement for priority marketing objectives.
- Manages budget for assigned brand and projects.
- Demonstrates business ethics and ensures active respect of company values, business ethics, local laws, policies, and marketing procedures.
- Ensures all activities and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the high standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards and Company Values to protect and enhance long term performance and reputation.
- Other duties within position’s scope, as assigned by Line Manager.
- Pharmaceutical commercial experience within Specialty Medicine or/and Rare Diseases with strong performance track record;
- Marketing experience, preferably in hospital settings including drug programs;
- Strong marketing leadership skills with successful track record of growing market share as well as preparing for and successfully launching new products and brands;
- Strategic & analytical skills;
- Creative marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense;
- Demonstrated experience with different marketing and digital channels activation (multi-channel/ omnichannel)
- Experience in Neurology or/ and Rare Diseases area would be an asset;
- Dynamic, problem solving via win-win solutions;
- Ability to building efficient relations with various internal and external stakeholders;
- High integrity and ethical standards;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Strong working proficiency in English;
- University degree.
