Analytics Specialist

About Role:

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Specialist to join a leading organization. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making, directly supporting operational efficiency, service optimization, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of operational insights, reports, and dashboards to support strategic planning
• Analyze complex datasets to identify inefficiencies and improve asset utilization
• Collaborate across departments to deliver actionable analytics solutions
• Support predictive analytics and advanced data modelling initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–10 years in operational intelligence and data analytics
• 5–7 years of advanced Power BI experience
• Strong skills in Oracle SQL and data modelling from Oracle EBS/Fusion
• Experience in transportation analytics (fleet management, leasing, maintenance)
• Familiarity with Python and/or R
