Senior Structural Engineer

Designation: Senior Engineer - Civil & Structural (Onshore):

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Experience: 10 Years in Oil & Gas Industry

Salary: 18,500 QAR (All inclusive)

Duty Hours: 10Hrs/6 Days a week

Locally available candidates with Freelance Visa only required

Senior Engineer - Civil & Structural (Onshore):

• Candidate must have more than 10 years’ experience in brownfield engineering design (Concept, FEED and detailed design phase) of oil and gas sector, in the middle East preferably Qatar
• Candidate shall be fully conversant with International codes and standards specially BS EN and American codes along with Shell DEPs, QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications)
• Experience in working with Oryx, Qatar will be an added advantage
• Candidate must have prior experience in brownfield layout development including drainage design
• Candidate must be able to provide inputs and review architectural deliverables for new building
• Candidate must have good experience in design of concrete building and steel structures including various pipe supports, pipe bridge, platforms and its foundations
• Candidate must have good experience in adequacy checks of existing structures
• Candidate must have experience in preparing material take-off
• Candidate must be having good experience in preparation of engineering calculations by Staad Pro Connect and Mat3D software.
• Candidate must have prior experience in carrying out site surveys, as required to prepare engineering deliverables
• Candidate must have prior experience in Client co-ordination, attending internal and external meetings.
