As a Data Science developer you will:

• Build and enhance AI-driven predictive models for business optimization
• 
  
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and detect hidden patterns
• 
  
• Design, train, and fine-tune ML models with a focus on forecasting and decision intelligence
• 
  
• Work hands-on with time series data, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics pipelines
• 
  
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring models into production
• 
  
• Contribute to the full ML lifecycle — from data exploration and experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement

Experience you need to have:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Science, ML, or a related role
• Strong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with classic ML techniques
• Familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks 
• Experience building or customizing LLM solutions
• Proficiency in data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Clear communicator and strong team player

Nice to have:

• Background in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and scalable deployment
• Hands-on expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG / agentic workflows
