Onsite initially moving to 3/4 days office based after 2 months

My client is a well-established e-commerce business now turning over £2m a month. Over the last few years, they’ve recently replatformed to .NET Core and a strong in-house tech function.

They’re now looking for a dotnet Developer who can work closely with the senior leadership team and take responsibility for guiding the team, owning the platform, and working closely with other teams across the business.

The setup:

• A small team of three developers: one backend, two frontend
• Reports into the IT Director, but works day-to-day with Marketing and others

Tech stack:

• C#, .NET 8 / Core, MVC
• React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
• SQL Server, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Dapper, CMS, legacy .NET, or SEO would be useful

What they’re after:

• Strong full-stack background with solid commercial experience
• Someone who’s confident taking ownership and setting technical direction
• Able to work closely with stakeholders and mentor the rest of the team
• Experience in a trading ecom environment is a bonus
