About the team


SUEZ is in the process of refreshing its strategy both globally and locally with the expansion of our Growth & Innovation team. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator who will strengthen our strategic pursuits across the ANZ business. Supporting our Market Leads across several key market segments the position will focus on content and document development, and building and maintaining a database library for projects, and various other G&I collateral.


The role contributes to pipeline growth, client engagement, and successful market positioning across water infrastructure, treatment, and digital or operational solutions. The position will help ensure the bid process is supported.


About the role


The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:


Reporting, Data Management, Systems & Process Support

  • Use Bid Management software including CRM & Project Management tools to manage documents and submissions.
  • Track all project status’ and provide reporting on pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records and client databases.
  • Track opportunity stages, client contacts, bid decisions.
  • Generate reports on pursuit activity, hit rates and forecasts.


Content Management & Writing

  • Maintain a library of all projects across I&G – including bid content, case studies, project references and team bios.
  • Work with market leads and other subject matter experts in gathering technical inputs.
  • Draft and edit non-technical content such as company profiles, project experience, methodology section as an executive summary.


Proposal and Bid Coordination

Support the Growth & Communications Lead in:

  • Assisting in the preparation of EOI’s RFP’s and tenders and services projects
  • Managing bid schedules, submission timelines and compliance checklists
  • Formatting and compiling tender documents, appendices, and CV’s.
  • Ensuring master proposal documents including quality control, layout reviews and graphics are available and in line with company guidelines.
  • Supporting opportunities for strategy, win theme and methodology sessions to understand key drivers and weave a compelling story into our proposals.


About you


With tertiary qualifications (Marketing or Business preferred) you have at least 3-5 years’ experience gained in a support role as a Project Coordinator, or within a Marketing or Proposals function. You are comfortable using both CRM and Project Management software (including Salesforce) and familiarity with the construction sector would be highly advantageous.

Industry qualifications such as APMP or CAP will also be highly regarded.


You can write clear persuasive, client focussed content and possess sound editing, grammar and formatting skills, competently drawing input from SMEs such as Market Leads and our Engineering teams. You can juggle competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced and highly collaborative team culture.
